xbox 360 achievements had disappeared

all of my xbox 360 achievements have disappeared. it hasn't given me any gamer score for them. it even shows my the date I've unlocked the the achievement but the whole game says 0 achievements and 0/1500 gamer score but the achievements underneath show
the date i have unlocked them. am i able to get my achievements back? i missing like e60k gamer score right now and its a killer!

Gamerscore issue

Good day,

Been in contact with Xbox Support who asked me to create a post for the Ambassadors forum here.

Little while ago 95% of my xbox 360 achievements disappeared and 2 nights ago about 30% of my Xbox one achievements disappeared , the xbox one achievements came back however my 360 achievements still are not back and its been quite a while now, I had over
100K at the time but am now in the 60K area because of it disappearing, I have checked enforement.xbox.com and I have a star icon and it says "Congratulations, you have a perfect record" so for this entire time I am at a lose as to what happened, why it happened
and whether I can get it all back.

Any help, advice, guidance or anything will be a massive help.

Hi there, thanks for reaching out.

What you described with your individual game achievements showing with zero Gamerscore but showing your unlocked achievements when you click on the game under your Achievements list, that's a bug we've seen pop up.

Your Achievements list should show again naturally with some time. However, if you'd like, something you can try is

removing profile, power cycling your Xbox One console and router/modem and then signing back into your account to see if that helps with what you're seeing.

 

its still bugged and this issue has been happening for months. i have done the removing profile, power cycling and turn on and off my router
