Xbox 360 achievements gamescore disappeared

recently I have noticed that 20+ 360 games achievements gamerscore has disappeared. When I go in the game such as MW2 on the 360 and go to game history it shows that I have no achievements unlocked and no gamerscore. When I look at the game history on the
Xbox one it shows I have no gamescore, but shows what achievements are unlocked and when I got them. This has happened on 20+ 360 games and I am missing probably 500 achievements and gamescore. I also can not re unlock them.

Showed no history of problems that could cause this on Enforcement History.

for quite a few of my 360 games my gamescore points have disappeared, the achievements are all still showing up as unlocked but the points aren't showing up. they have to add up to a good few thousand so I want them back haha. can anyone help?

Hello everyone

i had an offline xbox 360 profile and my game score was 35145.and i connected my xbox to xbox live and made an account so i can transfer my achievements to the xbox one.but when i singed in with the profile in the xbox one the gamescore was 0.and when i
returned to my xbox 360 and signed in My gamescore was also 0.

please tell me what to do to get my gamescore back??????!!!!!

Sorry to hear it. It does sound like an enforcement issue. You will need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon to get more info. Unfortunately no one here can help further with this
though.

 

Ive done that and no enforcement that would cause this.
