    Xbox 360 Achievements disappear


    Hi, I would like to share a problem that I have had for a long time about my Xbox account. In practice, my achievements for Xbox 360 games have been unlocked but do not count them in the gamerscore score. It's a problem with Xbox
    360 games. If I try to play a new game, the achievements unlock normally, while the old ones do not. I have not committed any kind of infraction! I hope this problem resolves as soon as possible and that someone can help me. Thank you.

    I was just wondering if i delete my account on Xbox One will my achievements e.g Day One Achievement disappear?

    My gamerscore dropped

    Same here, whenever I seem to unlock achievements on the xbox one the problem reoccurs, where when I earn achievements my gamerscore starts to decrease, currently the score 185,515 is correct, like others have said playing and unlocking achievements on my
    xbox 360 seems to make the issue disappear, I'm now going to play another xbox one game to unlock achievements and see if the issue rears it's head again.

    Games have disappeared

    The games have disappeared from my achievement list at the bottom they are xbox 360 games, some of them are backward compatible.

    I've noticed that all Xbox 360 games have disappeared from my achievements list. Only Xbox 360 games. Everything else is there. And I see that missing items are still there on the Xbox App. But not on the console. So weird :(

    Disappearing Gamerscore

    To add to the confusion, once I unlock and achievement on my xbox 360 the problem disappears and the correct Gamerscore shows up on my xbox 360, xbox one, and on www.xbox.com, my question is how do I stop this happening every time I play my xbox one???

    Sorry to hear it. It does sound like an enforcement issue. You will need to log in to http://enforcement.xbox.com/ and click the hammer icon to get more info. Unfortunately no one here can help further with this
    though.
