    Xbox 360 Achievements Deleted, NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP


    Hello, I was told form an Xbox support member to create a post explaining what happened to my account to see if someone could fix it, so what happened was I turned on my Xbox One and saw I had a message so I opened it and it was a message saying I broke
    terms of service and i was shocked because I didn't do anything wrong! So it turned out that apparently I had i hacked gamerscore (which i have no idea how to do I'm only 14, 13 at the time) and I am a so angry that i got banned for no reason at all! I have
    proof that I've done them and I can't even earn my achievements again! So please can someone help me and not link me to some stupid website just someone please help me asap! This is horribleness that it happened to me! Please fix it!

    This needs to be fixed ASAP

    Please try deleting your gamertag from the console. Then power cycle by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down. Finally redownload your profile to the console.

    This needs to be fixed ASAP

    Login to enforcement.xbox.com to see if there really is no ban active anymore.

    After that try to delete your account from your console and re-download it again.

    If your Xbox 360 Gamerscore was removed, there is unfortunately nothing we can do. You can check your
    Xbox Live Enforcement reputation to see if you see anything listed regarding achievement tampering. Ultimately though, there is no way for us to restore or reinstate past Gamerscore.

    Apologies for any frustrations this may cause.

    You can check for any bans/ suspensions you might have here-

    If your ban is over and you are still seeing the effects of it, follow these steps:

    1. Remove your account from your Xbox
    2. Restart your console by pressing the xbox button, press settings, press restart
    3. Add back the account.
    You can also double check your privacy settings by

    1. Going to https://account.xbox.com/en-US/settings/home? and click privacy settings.
    2. Then scroll down to "Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites?" and select "Everyone"
    3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to save
