Xbox 360 accounts gone

after I plugged in the hard drive and transferred content to it, for some reason the accounts said they were corrupted after I transferred all of the content to it.

When I restarted my console it said there were no accounts on there (They were on Memory).

Ouch, that's not good. I'm not entirely sure you'd be able to recover the account now then. However, just to be certain I'd recommend contacting Xbox Support via https://support.xbox.com/contact-us. When you get to a fellow gamer ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate for more help.

Hello Mason, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your account.

Have you tried redownloading the account to your console? You would need to know the email/password for the account.

My 360 slim hard drive, will partly work for most of my files before it says it can't transfer all of the content I was told to go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US but I cant find it for my issue.

I was working on it a few hours ago and I realized that the account is deleted or something cause of inactivity.
