Xbox 360 account problem

Hello readers,

Never before have I posted a problem on a forum, but I don't know what to do anymore, so I thought about giving it a shot.

I've got an Xbox 360 account attached to my microsoft account. When I signed up for xbox, I was not yet old enough, so I have got a parental control on my account. Everything went well, until in 2014, Microsoft changed its policy. I had to accept it, what
didn't seem any problem at the time, but when I clicked accept, my parent (father) had to give permission as well. I didn't think that would be a problem, but the thing is, my father had deleted his hotmail account just a few months before, so when he tried
to login to give me permission, Microsoft claimed that there was no such account in existance. I didn't play a lot of Xbox then, so it didn't bother me a lot, but now I am thinking about buying an Xbox One, and I want that account to be connected to my gmail
account. That account, however, is already connected to the inaccesible account of my Xbox 360, to which I still have to accept the new terms of 2014, which I can't do, because my father's parental account doesn't exist anymore. So when I try to make a new
account, it gets refused, because I already have an existing account on my gmail address.

This is like an endless circle, and I obviously don't like it. I hope people will respond to this post, because I honestly haven't got the faintest idea of how I am going to solve this.

By the way, I am from the Netherlands, but I thought posting in English would give me a higher chance of getting responds to my issue. Therefore, I am sorry for any possible grammar errors.

Gamertag Migration

i did this on my 360 even though I had an xbox one. Although my account had a cpl of problems and I had to go through 4 levels of support to fix it

You don't have to.

The problem is if you used the 360 to set up your sons account it has been done with no region which defaults to US and under COPPA

However, follow these steps

Go to outlook.com (or your own email server/host if you have your own domain but outlook is easier)
Sign up for an email address
Sign into accounts.live.com
Set up account details there including region!!! Tbh we set my son up as older.
Now, go to a 360 where his account exists, and it was under profile or account (my hubby done this) ther is an option to change the account the gamer tag is tied to
Enter the account you set up at the start
Sign you son into XBOX 360 with the new account password
You will then be asked to sign in as an adult to allow it - without COPPA!!!!! This is the magic
Give it an hour, then add the account to the XBONE!!

No help from Xbox live except for them getting hold of the wrong end of the stick, not understanding and arbitrarily closing tickets except for a statement about his account having no region. Hubby worked it out all by himself along with a lot of cursing MS - and he is a freelance MS Consultant, used to work for Microsoft and still has contacts there. The fact that xbox live support can't answer this is a joke and that it can't be done on the One is also farcical.
