Xbox 360 account problem

Hi DigitalAssassin ,

Followed link & signed in , shows up as AU- Personal Account , when i goto xbox.com & sign in , the address shown is my AU address however , as explained above ,when I try to buy XBox Live Subscription I get stuck on the
payment screen , wont let me go any further as it only gives me American states to choose from , I even tried choosing one of the American states , then it says my post code is incorrect , just gets stuck on the payment screen , cant go any further . I have
also tried changing my region , both by myself & under instruction by one of the Xbox Live Support people , both times it did not work , still have the same problem . What I need is contact details for these idiots to do their jobs , I am completely discusted
with Xbox attitude & the way they have just fobbed me off , and this is when I am trying to give them money , god help me if I was trying to get money off them . Bill is sitting back counting money whilst he cant even run his business properly ......... poor
poor effort in my opinion , was thinking about getting an XBox One , but with the way they run their business I doubt I will ever buy another Microsoft product unless it is the absolute last option . Worst still I cant even find a complaints contact email
address so that they can fix up their problems & take more money from me , Poor Poor Effort ...... things work in roundabouts Bill , you got some comin' I am sure ....

Hey mate, if you follow this link and sign-in what does it say your region is? Check the currency in the top right corner it should say AUD if you're set to Australian:
commerce.microsoft.com

Bump. I too am having this problem with more the one accounts.. My son's and mine! Have hard reset, factory reset everything, but are having this problem on the 360. He can access his account just fine on his Xbox One without a problem but not on the 360.

Problem solved, needed to log in into Xbox 360 console, it create me xbox 360 account on same account what i had problem, every game now i can buy or buy from games with gold.

All purchases are link to the account. If you use the same Microsoft account on Xbox One and XBox 360, no problem, the game is your !
