    Xbox 360 Account lost, possibly overwritten, need help


    I own a Xbox 360 and One. I played on the 360 a LOT, and i have a lot of data in the form of save files for games. When i got the One, i attempted to log in with my Microsoft account, and i believe I either accidentally made a new account with the same email,
    or i was successful and just changed my gamer tag (It's been a good couples years and my memory sucks). If it is the former, would it be possible to salvage anything on my 360 games with my account, or did all my save files corrupt/vanish when i made a new
    account with the same email? I would check, but i have lost my power cord for my 360, SO i am wondering if it is worth to try to save my save files, as Borderlands and Destiny are available on the One, if i should try to save my save files from my 360 to upload
    them to the cloud and use them on the One?

    is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

    Virtual pro accomplishments lost

    Ive spent days upgrading my virtual pro and all my accomplishments have been lost. I think that my XBOX ONE accomplishments have been overwritten by my XBOX 360 accomplishments. Help please!!

    Unfortunately it's not possible to retrieve lost data, once it has been overwritten on the cloud, the old data is completely lost.
