Xbox 360 Account Loss

Hello All,

So my brother supposedly turns off my xbox 360 and all of my profile information is gone. I didn't play much online but I did have quite a few save games that I was hoping to salvage... I try to re-download the profile but keep getting error code 8007045D,
xbox live suggests to 1. Clear the system cache 2. Delete profile. After doing this multiple times I Still get the error code. The guide button tells me there are no profiles on the system, and when trying to create a new profile it wont let me get past the
name input screen. After inputting a new name and pressing start it keeps taking me back to the name screen... Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks for your time.

Xbox 360 Account Loss

Okay, so I transferred one of my accounts to an email that I don't remember. I previously had an Xbox 360 that had my profile stored in it but it has the red ring of death now... I bought a new Xbox but my account is lost and I don't remember the email or
password of the account that has my account. Heck, I feel like that account is not even associated with an email at all and I just don't remember. Could a kind soul help me out here?

The account I have lost is called "SameYew6" by the way!

The best thing to do would be to contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and give them your gamertag and if they can verify the ownership of the account they would be able to give you the email associated with the account.

 

what i would suggest doing is calling xbox support they may can help you get your profile back. but i don't think that will help getting your saved games back.....

 

I would try a new storage device. If you are using a 4GB S/E console, check and see if the available storage matches the amount used (for example, it may say 230mbs free, but when you look inside all the files Games & Apps, Profiles, etc all say 0kb to the
right). I know the operating system takes almost a GB with the system update.

If you have an actual hard drive you can remove the HDD and try just using a USB flash drive (1GB-32GB in size 3.0) that will have to redownload the system update and such.

There is also the offline system update, you can download the system update to a flash drive and upload it to your console, but by that point I'd rather just see If I could use it instead of the HDD. With onboard memory units (4GB S/E consoles) sometimes
you can format the Memory Unit and get it working again. Yes formatting makes you lose everything, but it's kind of already lost when it's not functioning at this point.
