On the 360 press the Guide (in the middle of the controller) then look for the Download Profile option, if it's not there press X to sign out f the current account, then it should show up.

If you have never logged on your xbox 360, then chances are your account is not on there. Follow the instructions on here

I'll start with game pass. That will not work on the Xbox 360, as it is Xbox One only. So you will need to get a refund for the subscription, since you cannot use it.

As for your account, try redownloading it to your console again. That might help.
