    Xbox 360 Account Dissapeared Off My Xbox One


    My Xbox One X crashed after it overheated, then I went to play a smaller 360 title and it told me to download my old 360 profile. Not an issue, until I try to add it and every time it says my network went out. At the time it says that my WiFi and Xbox are connected and on, and running like a high end PC. Any way to navigate this?

    The problem I'm referring to is not on an Xbox console but on the Xbox app on PC, sorry for not making it clear. But still my account can't register my subscription. When I go to settings the subscription that I have pops up for a second and then dissapears.
