    You can use any external USB flash drive or hard drive up to 2TB for extra space. Seagates are known to have issues, but anything else should run fine.

    USB Flash isn't a good idea. It'll burn through your drive's life very quickly, and loading times will be an issue, which can cause problems when playing, especially a game like GTA V. 4GB Consoles are released with the intention that you get a hard drive,
    whether or not that's internal is your choice.
