As per the FAQ, you are not eligible to Games with Gold with a 2-day or 14-day trial code:

so basically Xbox 360 game don’t use online for my 2 day trial that doesn’t exist on my Xbox but works for 2 days? because I can play gold games but Xbox 360 games for online don’t work

2 day passes to Xbox live gold do not make you a true gold member and can not download the games for free. I heard someone say 1 months will work, but unconfirmed.

Games with gold only works if you have a PAID subscription. You can still enjoy the benefits of Xbox Live with the gold 2-day pass; however, you will not have access to any free downloads with "Games with Gold".
