    xbox 36 console problems


    We used to use xbox 360 (offline) with connect with no issues. now, the programs require that we sign in, which we have never had to do. we can do nothing without signing in.

    What is going on? and how do i fix it?

    xbox 36 console problems

    After mucking about for awhile, i went into the system (family) and blocked Xbox Live. fixed the problem.

    We first noticed the problem when trying to play Tiger Woods Golf. two different versions. Tried other program discs with same result. Finally, in frustration, I used my computer and logged on to my account, changed passwords, and verified all information.

    Went back to xbox 360 and, first, checked the setup and verified connections and got

    Network: connected

    Internet: connected

    Xbox live: connected

    Live Status

    Service: Up

    Xbox Stores: Up

    Accounts: Up

    Matchmaking: Up

    Inserted disk for tiger woods 13 - got same results. wanted me to log in.

    tried to do so using the same login and password i used on computer and got the message

    "that email and password didn't work........etc"

    tried again with same results.

    this really sux.
