    I purchased an one moth gold sub for my xbox account , but my account is connected to erics1baddass and i no longer use that account. How do i use the one month for my currect xbox account? I also want to delete my that account as how i don't
    use it but not the microsft account, just the xbox. Please help.

    hello GrantMeINc.

    You should be more specific with your problem.

    Assuming from your tags I assume the trial offer did not appear for you.

    Every console comes with a free month for up to 3 gamertags. It's only available during the account creation process by choosing yes to Join Live and then choosing Upgrade Later when it gives you the gold options.

    Smwutches is right only in the 30day period of making a xbox live gamertag is chargeable anything after 30days you have to pay

    Not quite sure we understand the issue, but let's try and break down how accounts work.

    Microsoft accounts and Xbox accounts are one and the same not two separate items and thus deleting them is permanent and deletes the Gamertag and email.

    Also, Microsoft accounts do not share email addresses, thus bewaretheclaw
    and erics1badass are two separate accounts and in no way linked to each other.

    They have separate emails and content purchased for them is separate and not transferable.

    If you have a code purchased you can of course redeem that code on either account using the

    redemption page     while signed in with the proper account.

    And not live in China or Japan
