    I'm wanting an answer for this from Microsoft. The enforcement department in specific. Any other moderator or any other department need not reply unless they can answer this simple question. I was given a 24 hour (more like 48 hour your time for bans dont
    match the title) for no reason, nor an explanation for how I violated the terms, and yes I read them. My question as someone who is honest, and forthcoming and owning of my own mistakes would like to know where you get off banning people without telling them
    or showing them what they did wrong so they can improve themselves or at the very least understand what they did to violate the agreement. I am outraged because according to my message and chat history i havent used anything profane, discriminstory, sexual,
    or rascist in any chat, i have not harassed anyone and your support team cant even tell me what I did wrong. As a loyal xbox customer since the original Xbox launched i demand an explanation on the lack of your company's integrity in being communicative and
    forthcoming. And please, no refer to this or that bull pucky or generic blanket answers that waste my time please, I'm an adult who knows when he has been wronged.

    And enforcement dont look at there messages anyway. They are just a big con money grabbing company. Its shocking when it bans people for sometimes no reason and dont even have a team to talk to.

    You are responsible for your actions. You agreed to follow the code of conduct when you created your account, thus agreeing to any action that Microsoft/Xbox takes for violating the rules. Don't complain when you get reported. If you can't do the time, don't
    do the crime.

    Even in the real world, punching back after someone attacks you, can land you in trouble with the authorise.

    Unfortunately a case review isn't available on a 24 hour suspension. Whilst Enforcement may have acted on your violation, doesn't mean the other gamer got away with it. They may have committed several violations and the Enforcement team need to investigate
    further, before taking action.

    No matter how frustrated you get at a gamers behaviour, you should never challenge them, as you leave yourself wide open to Enforcement action. Best advice for futer is to report, mute, block and do not respond.
