    I have the xbox 1X. . Plaited by issues and Microsoft want an additional £400. which they stated they will just hold while they look into what the problem is . Problem is simple . Microsoft are knowingly Selling faulty units !!! same issue as with day
    1 xbox 360 , rings of death lights n bulbs only put onto unit to show issue with the thermal block and chip ..

    I have many online friends with same problem on Xbox 1X but why should we have to pay additional money or have a hold placed onto bankaccounts when we have all ready payed for this item and if I then need to access my funds I am unable till they release
    the funds back to me . This is a joke !!

    hi

    i have an xbox 1x set as home also just purchased a new xbox 1s

    i have family members added as family and set as home xbox on the 1x but they cant see my games from xbox live gold ,ea pass or game pass unless i am signed in

    Hi,

    I'm sorry you're having issues with your Xbox One X. The return method you are describing is the 'Advanced Exchange'. You request a replacement console from Microsoft, which they send to you. The £400 hold - which can be performed with a Debit or Credit
    card - is placed to insure you return your faulty console. Once Microsoft receive your machine, the money held is released and you see this with your bank or card provider.

    The advanced exchange is quicker than the standard repair route. As long as you return your faulty console, there is no charge. Microsoft are
    not charging you an additional £400.

    If you don't want to have this hold placed you can request the standard return procedure.

    System Link Problem with Gears of War Judgment between Xbox One & Xbox 360

    @chuckrcheese: thanks for your comment. But this was not the problem. I try to connect 1x Xbox One with 1x Xbox 360 via System Link not with xbox live

    and that is the funny thing. system link works with different consoles and gears 1. but not with gears 3 and judgment.
