Xbox 1x randomly disconnects from internet(wifi)

I just upgraded to the xbox1x five days ago, and I cant seem to stay connected to the internet. it's really starting to become annoying, I didn't pay $500 not to be able to play a complete cod ww2 game...

does anyone have a fix for this?

Connection Issue w/ Multiple Xbox's - Same Connection

Don't know if it makes a difference but 1x xbox is hardwired and 1x xbox is wireless...

When I get onto XBOX Live with both accounts, it's fine... but the second i start playing a game or watching hulu or netflix at the same time the other xbox is... it disconnects... After disconnect it keeps telling you theres something wrong with your internet
connection when all other connections are still LIVE and RUNNING...

Signed out of Xbox Live, disconnect/reconnect to wireless and it works again. Why?

So, occasionaly I'll be playing on Xbox Live, any game. And I'll randomly get disconnected from Xbox Live. But when I check my network, my NAT type is Open, and everythings seems fine. Then I disconnect from my wifi, and immediately re-connect to it, and
wahlah, I'm magically connected to XBL again. Why? Can someone explain this to me? Why am I being disconnected from XBL, if when I disconnect my wifi, and reconnect back to it again, it immediately lets me get back online? It makes no sense. Then, there's
a lot of times I'll check my network connection before I disconnect from the wifi, and it says I have no internet access, but if I discoonnect and reconnect it's imediately working again. I'm confused.

Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the

Thanks for reaching out to us! There could be a number of factors contributing to your console becoming disconnected from your wifi network: distance, interference, etc. I would recommend using our

Random Disconnection from Xbox Live solution to troubleshoot when you get the chance and also try a wired Ethernet connection to see if it possibly an issue with your ISP or network hardware.
