    Xbox 1S Won't auto restart downloads after dsl disconnect


    My internet provider (CenturyLink) drops my 5mb/s DSL line 4-5 times a day. I am trying to download 6 new Xbox games to my brand new XBOX 1S. The installation says "installation stopped." This is an expected result when any download is aborted. However,
    the XBOX doesn't restart the installation when the DSL line is reconnected. I have to reboot the XBox to restart the download/installation. Is this "as designed" or a bug? My Steam games for my PC automatically pick-up their downloads when my DSL is interrupted
    and then reconnected. I never have to intervene to restart a Steam download/installation.

    Xbox one will not play games

    Disconnect From InternetStay Offline And Restart Your Console. Then Cancel Download And Restart The Download Process. It Worked For Me.

    You'll want to get in touch with CenturyLink about the connection drops, as you shouldn't be getting any disconnects
    at all.

    It may be a problem with your network hardware or even the lines outside.

    When you attempted the OSU, did you disconnect the ethernet cable from the console?

    What type of xbox one is it, og ,S, X?

    The 50% mark is where the console does a auto restart after the Download and Verifying stage.

    When you turned it off, Did you power cycle your network hardware?

    Does the console boot up to the troubleshooting screen?
