Xbox 1s turning off after powering on and Freezing randomly

It doesnt say startup error it just does this randomly

I understand that you've been dealing with 2 brand new Xbox's that are randomly turning off on their own while playing them for a short

amount of time. That's definitely a unique issue considering all the details that you've shared with us. We'll be more than happy to try to

get that issue resolved for you!

First off, of course we'd again recommend going through the
Troubleshoot Xbox One unexpectedly turning off troubleshooting tool.

Next, I would like to ask, do you have the Xbox console plugged into a power strip or directly into the wall socket / outlet?

It is preferred by Microsoft and Xbox to be plugged directly into the wall outlet. Also, have you tried plugging in the Xbox into a completely

different wall socket in a different part of the room or home?

Thank you for replying, we have tried through extension lead and directly into plug socket, we have not yet tried it in another room so Will give that a go and then contact live support if it doesn't resolve it.

Yeah, considering that you've had the same exact issue with 2 different brand new consoles leads me to believe that the issue might not be with

the actual consoles because that'd be highly unlikely and rare, but not impossible. Haha. But, we'll see. So yes, Let us know how it works when

try it in a completely different room / wall socket (directly into the wall socket with no extension cord or power strip).
