Xbox 1s making beep sounds

Hi, this problem usually happens when there is some sort of disconnect from the XBOX 360's motherboard and the sound connector on the touch panel of the console which makes the "beep-beep" sound. The only way to fix this if you really care about the sound
that much would be to get the console repaired since opening the console yourself would cause you to void any sort of warranty or future repair chances from Microsoft.

It keeps freezing and the console is making a cranking noise? Neither of those things is normal. I'd say it needs to be repaired.

Hey dude. I had the SAME problem and tweeted xbox about it. I fixed the problem on my own headset by rapidly clicking the mute button on the headset while slowly plugging it into the controller. Give it a shot!

My headset came completely dead. No LED indicators, no sound, nothing.

The two red lights at the top of the controller is normal, it is your Kinect communicating with your controller.

i use my xbox everyday but i use headphones this stops me from annoying the wife while shes in bed, i dont even need them on my ears while on dashboard but it blocks the sounds perfectly.
