    Xbox 1s Keep Freezing


    Turn my Xbox on yesterday and went to play Forza it froze after I tried to start the game. Pushed the button to shut down it down and when I went to restart I got the no input signal on the TV. I finally got it to show up on the TV only to have freeze
    again after I tried to load a game. I've tried to reset it back to factory settings only to have it freeze after pushing the button to reset. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello! Okay, you probably have to do a power cycle shut down.
    To do this, hold the Xbox symbol on your Xbox for 10-15 seconds, until it completely shuts off. If you have any questions, ask me or go to these support pages:

    I have tried the power cycle shut down after I do that the xbox light lights up but I get no input signal on my TV. The only way I can get the signal back is to unplug the xbox and leave it unplugged for 15 or more minutes. After I get it all working
    again the xbox will freeze after i push the X button for anything. I have also tried to do a factory reset and all it does is freezes up
    I think your only option now is to consider getting in touch with the Device service and replacement team and sending your Xbox One in for repair. There will likely
    be a charge if you are outside of you warranty period.

    Hi Nashstradomus,

    Try the following first which is a Physical power cycle as copied from the support site:

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.
    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

    If this don’t work, you may need to consider a factory default reset using a USB flash drive.

    Hi there, also try using cable for the internet maybe thats why also try to reset you xbox but reset without deleting everything just to refresh the xbox
