Xbox 1S controller buttons not working

Discus and support Xbox 1S controller buttons not working in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Ive tried to get in touch with microsoft to return for replacement but the page keeps going in a loop!     Ive tried to get in touch with microsoft to return for replacement but the page keeps going in a loop! Any idea how i get to speak to someone about it in the UK??

    Unfortunately it doesnt help!

    i end up in a loop of returning device pages!

    have a look and see... it goes no further than telling me the thing is in date and can be returned-only to send me to the same page when i click “return item”!

    help!

    i cannot even connect to phone back or call number..
