Xbox 1s all digital edition problem

Hi so basically I am stuck here in quaratine and have been using my xbox alot for entertainment. My room tv recently broke and ever since i moved it to a new location, i have been needing to be extremely patient because my console kept freezing during
games or login in. I tried all of the methods: resetting xbox, hard resetting, not touching xbox for days, reset with all power cords removing, etc etc. Eventually today, my xbox turned on but took me to a “Something seems to be wrong” screen. I pressed every
single button to reset, even hard reset....but the process got stuck on 50% leaving me here with my xbox one on but not projecting anything. Please help me, i dont want to buy another console again, i just got this one...

I'm sorry you're having all these problems. It sounds like your problem is one for https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/browse click the link then follow the steps that refers to your problem. You can either trip shoot it using their most
common problems or actually "speak" with a live person via online text chat at anytime. Even better would be to speak with a live person during business via 1-800-4my-xbox. Good luck to you.

Sorry to say that is not possible, digital and discs are two different formats. Although if you like digital, might I suggest visiting the Microsoft store for your future purchases, or even purchasing the Xbox 1s all digital edition which has no disc drive
at all.

I used to have the digital purchase but then I lost it when I switched to the Xbox 1s

So if someone wants to get a gift for my son who has the xbox 1s all digital, could they buy a Microsoft gift card? And then we load that so he can get whatever game he wants?
