my elite control left bumper fell of after acting up for a couple of wks.. Had it about six months..don't know if I have the receipt still.

How do I get this repaired as it should be under warranty still?

I'm sorry to see any issues with your controller! It sounds like you might be in Great Britain if you believe the controller should be under warranty still. If you are, you will need the receipt in order to get a warranty repair set up. You will need to
contact us via phone or chat support to help with that, too.

If you purchased the controller from the Microsoft Store, then you should have the receipt on your account in your
Purchase History. However, if you purchased it from a third party retailer, you will need to reach out to them to see if they might have a copy of the receipt itself; some companies do this.

Well what kind of controller is this is it the original Xbox one controller or 3.5mm controller? If it is the original Xbox one controller it might be the controller malfunctioning with your Xbox because they are outdated.

Hey David,

First thing that comes to mind would be Using co pilot along side the adaptive controller. Co- pilot allows 2 different controllers to control player one,
