Xbox 15 tenure has been reset

My tenure has been reset im pretty sure. I have been on xbox since you had to use a CD to download xbox live. My xbox 360 shows a 15 but my xbox one doesnt show anything. My account was hacked and i did a recovery, but when i bought my membership, my tenure
started fading away. The gamertag is iazyjoey2012. Ive been on xbox live for 15 years and my tenure means a lot to me. Someone please help!! Its been gone for 2 weeks

Hi there!

Microsoft support might be the best option. They would be able to help you make changes to your account and see if they can recover anything that might have gone missing or has been changed. They would be the best port of call!

You can try to contact official Microsoft Support explaining this issue, if something can be fixed, is this the right way.

By the way the recover account procedure is a bit tricky and I honestly don't know if this can be fixed.

Is there a fix? Ive been paying for gold for this long and my account getting hacked wasnt my fault. It would be nice for my tenure to show on my profile again

Maybe the recovery had resetted something in your profile.
