    Hello fellow gamers,

    I am here to ask you for help or your opinion:

    Today I bought a 12 Months Live Gold Code from the website mmoga.com. I received the code quickly but problem is, that the code doesn't work. I tried it literally many many times to redeem it on my xbox one, xbox 360, on the app, on PC and goodness I even
    let my friend try to redeem it on his account aswell to see if my account is the problem but that stupid code doesn't work! after trying to redeem it it says:

    "Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help." But In tried it all day long and still it doesn't work. I did message the seller and also the xbox support but nobody can help me for some reason. Xbox 12 Months Code doesn't work :(

    As much as i wanted to help you right now, your account needs to be checked by the Xbox Customer Support agents and to pinpoint what is causing this issue.

    My Xbox-Live code for 12 months doesn't work. The Xbox says: 'Something went wrong on our part. It may help if you wait a while.' I've tried three days, but it doesn't work. What can I do?

    Xbox live gold acount ended 9 months early

    no codes. threw them away because it was accepted. It worked then expired 2.5 months later. doesn't make sense. supposed to be 12 months.

    There's a scam going around at the moment that sells you a code & when you enter it it's recognised as a 12 month code but doesn't actually give you 12 months.
