Xbox 12 month pre paid code

Just bought 12 month prepaid code (xbox one day one edition) Cannot redeem code, keeps saying try again later. error code xbos-0x80169cf9 ?

Anyone having the same issue ?

Xbox live gold redeem code WON'T WORK, can anybody help me?

My Xbox live subscription is 'blocking' me from using a pre-paid 12-month code,
what do I do?

Error code try again later

I keep getting an error code when i try to pay with my pre paid xbox live gold 12 month card why? Ive been trying all day.

Update........Been in contact with Microsoft, Nothing wrong with code or account. Technical team are looking further into issue and will be contacting me via e-mail in next 24 hrs.

Hi there,

Xbox Game Pass CANNOT be stacked like the Xbox Live Gold subscription can with pre-paid codes. Each account can only have one 12 month Game Pass subscription at a time.

Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. However, pre-paid cards do not have expiration dates so you are able to apply the second 12 month code after the first 12 month cycle is over.

microsoft no longer sell the 12 months, but you can buy a pre paid 12 month code from any good retailer online or brick and mortar, you can usually get 12 months cheaper too. then you can remove your card.

The "prepaid code" refers to purchasing a pre-paid subscription card, eg a 3-month or 12-month card which when applied to an account extend the membership period.

I'm having trouble redeeming Xbox Live Gold 12 months. Returns the code: 801613c9. I've tried with 2 Xbox Live Gold Pre-Paid and did not work, always returns the same error.
