    Recently I have found out that members with 10 years and over were suppose to receive a code for an " Xbox LIVE 10 Year Helmet?"

    soon I am about to hit 11 years on xbox live and I have never received a code? always kept the email the same and now I feel like I am being scammed from xbox / microsot I as told the Ronald over the xbox live customer chat .

    would feel honored if I can receive a code.

    Sorry, but if you had received a code for the helmet and deleted it then there is no way to get it resent.
