    Maybe the support or even the Xbox 1 area would be a better place for discussion....

    If it is completely false, then please tell me why what I describe is recommended for issues such as crashing back to the dashboard.

    Next, please turn off the console and unplug it for 30 seconds to clear cache and that may help.

    Otherwise, can you explain your problem in more detail?

    Sometimes this is a NAT issue. This controls what you can do with other users online. To see what your NAT type is, go to the My Games and Apps icon, then click on Apps, then Settings. Now , go into the
    Network icon and you should see in the middle of the box your NAT type. If it is set to Moderate or Strict, there is the problem. here is a link

    Pre-paid redeemable codes are region specific based on where it was purchased and the region your Xbox and account are set to. The region the code was purchased from and the region the Xbox and account is set to have to be the same.

    Make sure your Xbox is set to the correct region by checking out this

    and following the steps. If the console is set up correctly then the code that was purchased is from another region and you would need to go back to the point of purchase to get it exchange for the right one.
