Xbox 1 xharge kit batteries

I have a new xbox charge kit batteries that had never been used they are fully charged but they don't work with an of my controllers what can i do? Whenever I put them in my controlers dont work

this is your best bet trust I had the same issue, buy yourself the Official Xbox quick charge kit. The charge doesn't charge the battery pack right I guess it has some kind of sensor in it but the charge kit doesn't it won't stop charging your battery like
the wire does I have 2 batteries that won't charge with wire only with the charge kit, get it, its pretty cheap and it comes with a new battery

Xbox Licensed Energizer Charging Station VS Play and Charge Kit

I'm getting an X1 for christmas for the exclusive games, already own a ps4. I'm trying to decide between the energizer charging station and just the play and charge kit. Are there any advantages to the play and charge kit over the energizer one? I see the energizer charger comes with two batteries are the batteries in this as good as the ones in play and charge kit? Can you buy just the official batteries and not have to buy two play and charge kits? Anyone own one or the other, all thoughts and opinions welcome.

Hi Jasmin! Is it the official play and charge kit by Microsoft? If not, let us know the model. Did you try to use a different micro USB cable to charge it?

 

No it is not a play and charge kit mine is a dreamgear charge kit. And yes i tried different USB charges but the thing is that the battery is fully charged but my controller ain't working with it

 

Have you tried to exchange the batteries.

 

If you have an ELITE gamepad so a charger kit is not compatible with it because it has otherwise made those teeth that hold the charcher kit in the gamepad.

If it's a standard gamepad, there's a bug on the charger kit.

 

Yes and it works perfectly with any other batteryexcept for the two batteris that came in the kit.

If the rechargeable batteries do not work on any controller you've tried them on, and if normal batteries work with your controllers, then the rechargeable batteries have a hardware malfunction.

It is not possible for batteries to have a "bug" because there is no software or computer components in batteries. Batteries use chemical reactions within the internal components to create an electrical current to then power devices so one of the internal
components is not working as intended and would need to be returned from where you purchased it from or contact
dreamGear Support.

I suggest looking into buying the first party
play and charge kit made by Microsoft since it is compatible with any Microsoft brand controller, even the Elite controller, as I have one myself and it works great.
