    Is there an actual phone number that will reach a LIVE person? I am trying to set up a advanced exchange since my 1 X that has quit again and can not find a way to actually TALK to someone.

  5. I have tried that so many times and it always says "FAILED" please try again. I have been trying for hours and always the same thing. All I want to do is set up a advanced exchange and it will not let me choose that option when starting a repair order.

    Thanks for reaching out! The option for advanced exchange is no longer available in the repair order section, but you can choose to do an expedited standard exchange for a small fee. If you'd like some help from Xbox Support personnel directly, then what
    XBF Leslie has recommended would be the best option.

    Just go to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us#0
    and either select to speak to an agent online or select "No Thanks" and then request a callback. Our Xbox Support agents will be glad to assist you with anything that you need.

  7. So I took your advice and paid the extra fee for shipping, they were supposed to send me an email with the shipping label. It has been over an hour and nothing. Is that normal? Is there anyway to request that they re-send?

    Yes, it actually is normal. The estimated time for the shipping label is around 24hrs. Usually when a shipping label fails to send it tends to notify you so you could contact Live Support.

    If you would still like someone to re-send the shipping label you must either get in contact either via chat support or request a callback.
