XBOX 1 X returned from Msoft repair centre still faulty

Can any one please tell me how to get help

My xbox 1 x was returned to Msoft germany for repair as it would not boot

It was returned to me still faulty. Hang on boot and now no audio

Detailed info was provided of fauly with return but their paperwork said (restored to factory settings) only

Since then I have "spoken" with Msoft via live chat 17 times.. Yes 17 times .. Each time they say they cannot reissue a shipping label because its the same fault as before and their records say its fixed

When the conversation gets difficult they cut me off

Promised action never happens

Return emails are "generic" and never refer to the problem or give a name to get back incontact with

What should I do....

Online resources also do not allow me to raise a service note for same problem

Any help (other than buy a PS4) appreciated

so UPS took my cinsole to Germany... how do I track the repair?

My repair arrived in the Czech Republic from UK on Thursday but it still says 'received at service centre' to be honest I hope I have a repair rather than a totally new one, people on other threads here are saying their new console replacement is faulty
too!!

 

unreadable disc

hello i just hooked up my returned 360 from mircosoft repair centre hooked everthing up connected to live put in mw3 then i get unreadable disc tryed battlefield 3 same i also tryed all the toubleshooting methods clear cache remove harddrive still no joy.

 

I would say reach out to them on the phone directly, they HAVE to keep repairing it until the problem is fixed or they have to replace it, its company policy as long as its under warranty. Best of luck.

 

Thanks for suggestion.. However on the few times I have managed to connect to real agent on the phone they say the system will not allow then to enter a new service order and they will get back to me (which they never do)

When I kindly push for action, team leader, manager or even a email address. I get cut off !

rudeness. Lack of attention. Failure to do what they say

uncomprehensible statements

then they cut you off

We understand then that there is a power issue.

Try following this
Your Xbox One X, Xbox One S, or original Xbox One console won't turn on article.

If these steps do not assist, visit a Microsoft Store to test the console power there.

It would be faster to visit a physical store as there wouldn't be a need to wait for shipping.

Thanks. But it is not a power issue

its just madness thAt i sent it back and was returned faulty but no msoft dont want to do anything. In fact they say the system will not allow them to anything because it has “just be repaired”

i guess its something to think about when deciding which console to buy

I'm sorry to hear that it's been a hassle to be able to get support after processing a repair service order. Usually when a console goes to the service center to get repaired it gets tested before sending it back out to our customers to reassure that everything
is working properly.

In this case as stated above the best thing for you to do is to contact Live Support so they can create another Repair service order. On their system it will allow to create another repair order for the Xbox with the issue.

It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select no thanks, pick the category(Hardware) and just pick a contact method
(request a call from support or Chat is faster).

No sorry. That did not work. The system

did not allow a new order to be raised because of the recent “repair”

it only allowed to raise an order for asseories

and all the agents in the over 20 contacts i made fsiled to follow through with what they promised to do

I have slso no doubt that they cut off the calls . Ie they hung up when asked questions why no action and failure to do what promised

 

Its a great suggestion but as i am in the uk midlands there is no msoft store nearby

It shouldnt have been returned to us faulty. But the more i kook into this it seems there are many many others who have a similar tale to tell

so beware

 

Did you write to them all your problem in detail? The problem must be described in detail and how it manifests itself.

 

I wrote in great detsils probably six times

its simple (they say) system will nit allow a return do soon

so best suggestion was “live with it not working and try in a month or so”
