    Xbox 1 x not powering on


    My xbox 1x will not turn on. I hit power button, the light on front comes on for a second then shuts off.

    I have unplugged for 10 seconds MANY times, the outlet is good, original power cord, not overheated or blocked..... but xbox says no person support.

    So am I screwed here microsoft?

    Anyone else get this?

    Please, press x button on front of your xbox. Hold for 10 sec untill powers down. Unplug power cord for 1 minute. Plug it back. Turn on console.

    You could also try connecting your controller to the console with a uSB (play and charge) cable and use the controller Nexus button to turn the console on.

    There is no issue on live status page. Have you checked your internet conection. If not, hold x button on console for 10 sec until power down. Unplug power cord for 1 minute. Plug it in. Start xbox.

    1. Turn off console by holding down the controller X button

    2. Disconnect the power cable and wait 30 seconds

    3. Reconnect power cable and turn on Xbox with the controller
