    xbox 1 x keeps crashing


    ok so my brand new xbox 1 x keeps crashing just purchased brand new loaded destiny 2 crashes, reset my console crashes again, also cant make me home computer, oops it says we have a problem, i am in insider programme ahve spoken to xbox live help have
    case number 1436724565 they say need to chat with insider hub people.

    edit.... have tried all games on another xbox we have and all work fine.

    can you help
