    Thank you for reaching out. From the information you provided, it seems your console tries to startup, but immediately shuts off and produces some sort of sound while doing so. If you haven't already done so, go ahead and check out our

    Hey there Vlad, I'd recommend contacting Xbox Support for a repair, if the troubleshooting steps Njal and Lance offered do not work.

    Plenty more information needs to be given. Are you using any form of power surge protection, as this can cause issues. Are you plugged directly into a wall outlet or using a power board or extension cable?
