    Xbox 1 wont work


    Hi so I was playing my Xbox and I unplugged it and I don't think there was anything downloading or updating. So my Xbox turns on but it just stays on the loading screen and it won't respond to pressing the power button to turn off and I've tried all the things on the internet and nothing works could you help me out

    Are you kids in a family account? You may have to adjust some of the settings in there. What type of headset is it? Are you sure it's compatible with the Xbox one?
