    Xbox 1 will not play any games even after hard reset.


    I open my Games and Apps and click on any game it makes a sound as if I clicked on it but nothing more.

    In the past I have hard reset my Xbox to fix my problems but I have dont that 3 times now and still nothing will launch.

    If anyone has any solutions past a hard test I'm all ears, thank you.

    Xbox 1 S not playing any game disc or download no error screen or code.

    So I just picked up a 1 S used which was working fine before reset. Since reset yesterday it won't play any games, neither dc or disc. I am wondering is this due to the Xbox live issues going on if not what do I do, hard reboot tried, offline play tried,
    even 2 more resets all have had no effect. Netflix also wont load....I think it is due to xbox live issue's but just in case I thought I would check. Thanks

    Xbox one no longer making sounds after update

    After updating my xbox one about 1 hour ago, I no longer get any sounds from it. No menu sounds, nor anything from youtube.

    I tried messing around with the sound settings and have done an hard reset without any luck.

    Trying another longer hard reset, but am not pleased with this problem.

    Help please.

    I have, i have to do a hard reset and full factory reset every 1-2 days i order for any game or app on my xbox to even load.

    factory reset your xbox one, I had this problem when I got into the preview updates. after the first update I started playing Ryse and didn't get any of the achievements while playing, I even completed the game and nothing. I was on twitter and on the
    phone with xbox support and nothing. I did everything here from un-installing and re-installing the game to hard resets and nothing. After a good day of just thinking about it and not playing turning on my xbox I decided to factory reset it. after a factory
    reset it fixed the achievement issue but any achievement I missed I never got. what I wish they will let us do is delete the cloud save of the game so I can play it again and get my achievements back.

    I had this issue! It was stuck on 1% I did a hard reset and then it skipped to 73% a few moments after the installation finished and then the game was ready to play

    First thing to check is if the console is up and loaded, and just that the dashboard failed to load? That has happened to me sometimes. It responds to Xbox button presses and lets me load up My Games & Apps, or pressing and holding the Xbox button will
    pull up the power menu and a further reboot from there will fix the issue. Check to see if that helps, if not, there are also other great troubleshooting steps listed in this thread.
