Xbox 1 useless

Most of these posts are the same trolls. Just check the posts since XMas. People complain about the exact same thing, with very slightly different text and never respond back.

Its a bad attempt at making the forums seem like there are huge problems with the console or service itself.

You don't seem to understand what a "troll" is... That's how it usually works on forums, they've vented and now likely won't be back. That doesn't make them trolls, and it's not some stupid conspiracy to bring down MS.

XBox ONE isn't a network diagnostic tool, it can't fix your bad internet. Although, I have a feeling that this is a less than honest post.

Go get a PS4 and see how it goes. He'll be complaining that he doesn't have a Nintendo 64.

It does not take 3 days to install a game.

If you are downloading the game then it's an issue with your broadband,maybe the download speed.

If you are installing it from disc then it will need an update as well,which if you do at the same time will slow the install down,especially if you have poor broadband speeds.

If it's a disc then install it while not connected to live then download the update after.

The process is the same on the PS4.

Wow, that turned into a troll argument very quick.

Do you guys not realise, that between 10-20 people just venting their install and update issues on Xbox could be legit over the festive period, could actually be legit. How many Xbox's do you think they sold over Xmas. 100,000's to a couple of million. All
these people opening them up on one day and install the same games and downloading the same updates from the servers is going to cause heavy loads.

And while we are about it. Sony's machine does also need updates, but the one thing it does do and i can tell you from experience because i have an Xbox, Playstation, and a Pro, is install games so much quicker than the Xbox, that is a given fact and backed
up by hundreds of threads and websites. Maybe Sony use a different file structure (NTFS or something else) while Micorsoft stick to FAT32, i don't know. But whatever it is. Xbox Installs can take a crazy amount of time.

So before everyone starts the old "Weeeeellllllllllll it's the same if go to Sony" Chant. THINK.

Yes it's the same, Install and update, But at least on most games, they will be playing in minutes (Refuse update and start playing) and not taking forever to download an update before the console will even let you play some games.
