Xbox 1 TV - Unable to find signal when connected

My TV cable is in working order - I plug the TV cable straight into the TV & I get normal TV.

I plug the TV cable in the Xbox TV port & plug the USB at the back of the Xbox & I get an error message.

Error message: Unable To Find Signal - We are unable to find a signal at the moment ......

The weird thing is: The TV adapter worked before, I took it off the Xbox to move the Xbox to another room & now it doesn't work ?

Its very annoying changing the port at the back to get TV

Why would i get this error message when there's a TV signal coming through when I put the cable directly in the TV ?

I can't setup my Xbox; Black screen; tried 2 TV's & 2 HDMI cables. Help

My son got an Xbox One s for Christmas. I connected the Xbox to his TV but there isn't a signal. I tried connecting it to my TV and I used another HDMI cable. There still isn't a signal. The HDMI cabel is in the HDMI Out to TV and I connected it to my
TV (HDMI 1). There still isn't a signal. HELP!

Xbox one hdmi problem

So today i bought the xbox one but when i tried to connect the xbox to the tv i cant find the signal its like the xbox wasnt connected also my controller is flashing please HELP!

Hey, I was having the same issue with Verizon Fios and DirecTV. I used the xbox one supplied hdmi cable from the cable box to xbox one. The problem was that I didn't have a high quality HDMI cable running from the xbox one to the tv. There is a handshake
that the tv and the cable box perform to allow signal to be passed thru. So make sure that all cables from STB to xbox one and from xbox one to tv are the HDMI cables w/ ethernet. Everything worked perfect for me after that. Including netflix which would allow
me to watch some shows and others it would have trouble playing back.

if you are using hdmi then the controllers will not connect until the tv gets the hd signal from the xbox. my controllers will keep blinking until the tv finds the signal, so the main issue is the lack of signal to the tv, is your hdmi cable plugged in properly?
mine comes loose from time to time. id the cable faulty? have you maybe plugged it in to the wrong hdmi channel if you have more than one on your tv? I have 3 hd ports on mine and i have often plugged it into port 1 and then try getting signal from port 3.

I have the Xbox series S/X. When I turn on my xbox it turns on as usual without any problems but when I switch to HDMI 1 or 2 on my TV it says "no signal" or "make sure connected device is turned on" when it is. And no nothing else is connected to the xbox.

Do you mean that there is no signal or do you mean that when your Xbox wont switch on when connected to your TV?
