Xbox 1 troubles downloading

I have redownload fallout new vegas and fallout 4 it would download and everything but when i would go and play it would say "getting your game ready" then it would say "something went wrong" i have waited afew days now and even downloaded the 2 game and
redownload the game to see if that would fix the problem but it didnt please help

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Thanks for reaching out to Community for advice on what to do when you get this "something went wrong" error.

I can understand how being unable to play Fallout could be annoying.

That being said, I would definitely try the steps outlined in our Xbox One Game Freeze Solution to try and get around this error.

When you get a chance, give that a shot and let us know how that helped.

To clarify, are you having trouble downloading Battlefield 1? Having a bit of trouble understanding the issue, keep us in the loop

Hi Splice,

Do you see the game on your Ready to Install section by any chance?

Also can you check if Dark Souls 1 appears on "My Games" section from the Xbox website.

1) Try disconnecting your wired OR/AND wireless network cables to get to your dashboard.

2) CLear System Cache from the system memory page.

3) Reconnect to XBOX Live and Re-Download the update.

This might work because not everyone has this problem.

I've also noticed that most of people with trouble now, had trouble downloading the update in the first place.
