Xbox 1 to Xbox X game unlocks not following

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

That's odd because it should be accessible as well as long as you're using the same account.

Do you happen to have a different account that you can check by signing in to your new Xbox Series X?

Also, for cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

If achievements are not unlocking for any of your games then there is still some sort of error with signing in or authenticating your account to the Xbox Live servers.

I suggest re-installing the Xbox app while downloading another Identifier app to help connect your PC to the Xbox Live servers. Follow these steps:

1. Remove the Xbox app per the PowerShell instructions. Run it as admin.

Windows Key + X > Windows PowerShell
Command Prompt(Admin)> Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage

2. Then, install the Xbox Identity Provider first:

3. Then install the Xbox app:

It can be frustrating when achievements you have done all the requirements for do not unlock. I would suggest you follow this guide

I am experiencing this on multiple games, on Xbox One and Xbox One X.

I have done the profile and game reinstalling, but there is still no sign of the achievement unlocking.

Achievements for Xbox 360 games can still be unlocked. However, there have been reports of achievements disappearing from profiles on Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S consoles as well as on the Xbox app and Xbox.com. If you’re having trouble unlocking achievements on Xbox 360, you can try the following troubleshooting steps2:

1. Delete your profile ONLY (do NOT delete profile and items).
   
2. Clear your system cache.
   
3. Restart your console.
   
4. Download your profile.
   
5. Attempt to unlock the Achievement again.
   

Sometimes the achievements pop up on the screen when gained but when looking for them they aren’t there is probably because it needs some time.

To check achievements on Xbox One or Series X|S consoles, press the Xbox button and select Game activity > All achievements to view the unlocked achievements list. You can also see your achievements progress by opening the Xbox app on your Windows device, selecting your gamerpic, going to Profile & settings, and then selecting View profile.

If you want moment-to-moment tracking on a particular set of achievements, the Xbox One allows you to do that. Just open the home menu and underneath your achievements, you’ll see a tab for the achievement tracker.
