Xbox 1 system update problem

When I turn on my xbox 1 it says the system needs an update then it stops in the middle of the update it says that there is an error an it does not allow me to sign into xbox live.

What's the specific error message and error code you see? Did you try the steps to do an offline update as gds1972 suggested above?

 

There is an error message just a bunch of zeros there are a bunch of people posting the same exact issue it‘s been almost two weeks since I‘ve been able to log in to xbox live.
