    I wonder can someone help me. I can't sign into xbox 1 as it won't accept my password. Also it won't allow me to change password. I know I am a novice at this but have tried everything.

    Can somebody tell me how to change players too please?

    Yes, it actually is normal. The estimated time for the shipping label is around 24hrs. Usually when a shipping label fails to send it tends to notify you so you could contact Live Support.

    Are you currently posting from the account you're trying to sign into? If you have 2-step verification enabled on
    account.microsoft.com, be sure to enable an app-specific password to sign into your Xbox One. Let us know if that helps Xbox 1 support :)

    So I took your advice and paid the extra fee for shipping, they were supposed to send me an email with the shipping label. It has been over an hour and nothing. Is that normal? Is there anyway to request that they re-send?
