Xbox 1 sign in problem

for a while now my Xbox has been having a problem signing in where it would display 1 of 2 messages

1 0x801901f4 or

2 0x80190005

I have seen other ways saying to delete an account and add it back but when I tried it only shows the loading screen. The one time it did work it didn't accept my password

Hello Olan,

Sorry for the issue you are having with signing in. Try to
power cycle the console first. If that doesn't work than try a
soft factory reset. This will reset the console to defaults and fix any issues with the OS. Will also remove your profile, so you can then add the profile back to the console.

Step 1 - Delete your profile (Settings -> Account -> Remove profiles). Make sure you know both the Microsoft account address and password for your account before deleting.

Step 2 - Power cycle your console. Press and hold the power button on the face of your console for several seconds, holding it down until it shuts off completely. Let it sit for about a minute.

Step 3 - Start up console again and redownload profile (Sign In -> Add profile).

That should get you going again!
