Xbox 1 S not playing any game disc or download no error screen or code.

So I just picked up a 1 S used which was working fine before reset. Since reset yesterday it won't play any games, neither dc or disc. I am wondering is this due to the Xbox live issues going on if not what do I do, hard reboot tried, offline play tried,
even 2 more resets all have had no effect. Netflix also wont load....I think it is due to xbox live issue's but just in case I thought I would check. Thanks

I downloaded it on my 16Gb USB drive and still, not working. I downloaded the game THREE TIMES (3 TIMES) and NOT working

Hi! If you only tried hard resets, perform a factory reset with keeping your games and apps (so that you don't have to install them again):

Power cycle your console and keep it offline to see if the problem is caused by the Xbox live service, if not, I suggest taking it to the nearest specialized repair center.
