    Im having trouble connecting my controller to my xbox, tried all steps recommended in the troubleshoot and also tried different controller which also wont connect, anyone had a similiar issue ?

    Try performing the hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
    the console.

    If that doesn't work you may need to set it up for a repair.

    the one that came with the s console and also an older model xbox 1
