are you flipping kidding me they made it so you need a flipping adapter. how much money do we really have to give microsoft.

so it was around 6 bills for my first xbox and bundle and about 700 for the one i just bought and now i have to go out and spend more **** money to use something i already own. in what **** world does this make sense. well guess my next console will be
a sony. this left a bad taste in my mouth. criminal.!

Can I use my XBOX 360 Kinect with my Xbox one?

Just kidding. I don't have Kinect for Xbox 360, but I got the Xbox 1 Day 1 edition console with Kinect. Xbox 1's Kinect has a higher resolution and can read QR codes and has better voice recepters and I think it's slimmer too. To video chat on Xbox 1 console,
you need Kinect and the Skype app. It's worth investing the extra $100 in Xbox 1 Kinect. I have Zoo Tycoon and Kinect Sports Rivals, and those games are real fun with Kinect. Xbox 360's Kinect would probably conk out if it was used for those games, to me Xbox
1's Kinect has better hardware. Xbox 1's Kinect also has an internal fan to keep it looking kwl on the inside and out.

Xbox 360's Kinect = Kinect v1.

Xbox 1's Kinect = Kinect v2.

Don't believe BestBuy employees who probably only earn minimum wage. THEY are NOT Microsoft. Microsoft has discontinued manufacturing Xbox 360 consoles. They wouldn't discontinue manufacturing Xbox 1 Kinects, yet! There is officially NO Xbox 1 version 2

dude I complained about the same exact thing but they did give it for free I bought mine literally a day after they stoped and called and they literally told me they stop that a day ago and it will cost me 40 dollars I responded well then why did you all
advertise this console as an upgrade of the original if it can't do what the original did it's not an upgrade it's a rip I encourage everyone to not buy the one s all Microsoft has become is a cash grab company but that's it since my message will probably

There isn't to me, any noticeable hardware revision between the Xbox 1 original, and Xbox 1 S. The Xbox 1 S is just like 40% smaller, can be placed upright, and do a few extra things maybe, including an internal power supply (the ventilation would be a worry
though. Small pen sized punch wholes on the console compared to the larger vent line-like wholes on the original Xbox 1). Another thing I dislike about the S, is - no Kinect port. You have to pay Microsoft more money to get a Kinect dongle port thingy so you
can hook up your Kinect to the Xbox 1 S.

I've dropped my console on the carpet floor like over 30 times but under 1,000 anyway, and it's still fine. The Xbox 360 slim 250GB console's wireless controller feels like a behemoth compared to the Xbox 1 which is more sleek. At least there's something
slim about the Xbox 1. I think the Xbox 1's Kinect may even be thinner/less fat than the Xbox 360 Kinect. To me it looks like they've shrunk the bulk... of Xbox 1's Kinect and controller.

What I meant in the parenthesis is that the version of Kinect v2 for Windows IS discontinued, but what he told me is that the Kinect v2 for Xbox One was also discontinued. I am not interested in the Kinect version 1. My question was about the Kinect v2 for
Xbox One availability.

But apparently it is still available, at least for now. Only the kinect v1 is not available on microsoft website. I had to do some research just to be sure.
