Xbox 1 Power supply

Hi

I bought a Xbox1 in April 2018 and it is failing to start up. When i press the power on button, it only comes on for a few seconds and then switches off. I am not sure what to do. The power supply light is orange and when you press the power button it changes
white but only for a second.....

Please help.

My xbox one is just over 12 months old and has just started to randomly turn its self off

I unplug the power supply plug back in the power supply lights up I then turn xbox 1 on and within 3 seconds its powering off

xbox 360 slim power supply warranty question.

Will removing the rubber feet on the xbox 360 slim power supply and removing 1 of the Torx security screws on the power supply void its warranty? Thanks!

if you have a Microsoft Store near you go there they check the unit if is in warranty fix it or change it some time you need to do and appointment.

Hi, I assume this is an original Xbox One, with the external power supply brick. Try using this link to sort it out Xbox One Power Supply Solution | Reset Xbox One Power Supply

You may need a new power supply.

1.Try plugging your console’s power supply into a different power point. Do not use a surge protector.

2.If the power supply light is solid red or flashing orange, unplug the power supply and let it cool for 30 minutes. Then plug the power supply back into the power point.
