xbox 1 postal code incorrect

hi, i have been going over google to try and fix this problem, but so far no luck, i also checked the Microsoft help page but no luck there either. i live in Canada witch means we use a six postal code and this is not working, i have tried all caps, no caps.
spaces and no spaces, yet nothing has worked, i am trying to buy battle field four before the sale is over so someone with a answer to this bug would be great.
